Returns

All goods are guaranteed. Should your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please email us at "EMAIL" Please contact us before returning any item for any reason. We will replace damaged goods within 48 hours by courier and provide you with a courier bag to return the damaged goods in.

Refunds

Within 7 days of receiving your order you may return the goods in brand new condition for a refund. Please contact us first at "CONTACT INFO" to arrange this. Refunds will not be made without our authorisation.

Privacy

Your contact information is collected for the purpose of providing you with your OURS™ DVD order, and if agreed by you, may also be used to advise you of upcoming OURS™ products/events. The information is collected and held by Kindle Films Limited. It will not be on sold or disclosed to any third party.

Freight

Your goods will be sent via NZ Post or courier depending on the package size. Your goods will be packed in reused packaging in keeping with our Green Ethos. Freight is free in New Zealand.
