Green Ethos

We promote environmental awareness in our DVDs and throughout our business.

In 2009 we were the recipient of a Special Award in the Nelson/Tasman Environment awards and OURS® is part of the Nelson City Council and Tasman District Council’s Small Planet programmes for Early Childhood Centres.

• All our graphic media promotions and the OURS® series DVD slicks are printed on elemental chlorine free (ECF) paper with 55% recycled content and/or sourced from Well Managed Forests (WMF).

• The OURS® series DVD cases are slim line and made from recycled plastic.

• We also send your DVD’s in REAL reused or recycled packaging – we literally cut up and reuse cardboard boxes!

• Filming has been done with a very small crew and with a zero-impact policy. We leave places and creatures untouched by our presence.

• We use recycled products throughout our business and cut down on unnecessary paper waste by utilising the internet where possible.

• In all aspects of our business (from postage, to power usage, to cleaning the loo) we try to follow sustainable living practices.
